Chantella at the front desk was fantastic, moving us to a quieter room when the AC was noisy. The late breakfast until 10 AM was a welcome touch for our mornings.

Rooms felt uncomfortably cramped!!! The gym lacked sufficient equipment!!! Maintenance seemed inconsistent in common areas, which could enhance the overall experience!!!

The lobby was inviting and tastefully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere, while the spacious layout made it easy for us seniors to navigate comfortably without feeling crowded.

The Queen Room was spacious and impeccably clean, making our family feel right at home. Location-wise, it was a stone's throw from fun attractions like Frankie’s, perfect for kids during spring break. The complimentary breakfast stood out with a variety of hot and cold options, which we appreciated each morning. However, the pillows were a bit on the small side for comfort, and we noticed limited seating in common areas, especially during breakfast rush. It would be great if the pool were open year-round for more family fun.

The King Room with Tub was decent overall. The bed was comfy, perfect for a good night’s sleep. However, the pillows were quite small, which was a bit annoying. The bathroom was clean and functional, but the noise from the AC was noticeable, especially when it kicked on. Good amount of space, though!
